When is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?

New York / New Jersey: Orders must be placed by 3:45 PM EST to qualify for next-day delivery.

Connecticut: All Connecticut orders require 2 business days processing time and must be placed by 11:45 AM. For example, for a Tuesday delivery, your order must be placed by 11:45 AM the previous Friday.

What are your delivery days?

New York / New Jersey: Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. During holiday seasons, Monday deliveries may also be available.

Connecticut: Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. All orders require 2 business days processing time and must be placed by 11:45 AM according to the following schedule:

  • Tuesday Delivery - Order by 11:45 AM Friday (previous week)
  • Wednesday Delivery - Order by 11:45 AM Monday
  • Thursday Delivery - Order by 11:45 AM Tuesday
  • Friday Delivery - Order by 11:45 AM Wednesday

Please note: Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

What delivery window should I expect?

New York / New Jersey: Customers must provide a 6-hour delivery window to accommodate our routing schedule.

What are the minimum order requirements?

New York / New Jersey Metro Area: $300 minimum for free delivery

Upstate New York/Connecticut: $500 minimum for free delivery

What happens if I refuse a delivery?

A delivery charge of $7 per case will be applied.

Backhaul to warehouse: $7 per case (minimum fee $35 up to 5 cases)

Additional $2 per case restocking fee

Are there any exceptions to the delivery refusal fee?

Fees will be waived only in two circumstances:

Product breakage by the driver

Error made by our sales representative

What if my store is closed during normal business hours?

A delivery refusal fee will be charged if the store is closed during standard operating hours.

How do I place an order?

What payment terms apply to my account?

Orders are processed according to your account terms:

  • Net Terms: If your account is approved for net terms, your invoice will be issued under your standard payment terms.
  • COD Accounts: If you are on a state-designated COD list, payment is due upon delivery.
